Impens: Judy (nee Martin)

It is with profound sadness the family of Judy Impens wish to announce her passing following a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, October 21, 2017. She went peacefully with her loving family at her side, at the age of 57. She was born in Leamington, and was the daughter of Eleanor Martin and the late Gilbert Martin; daughter in law of the late Charles and Rita Impens. Loving wife of Patrick Impens for 35 years. Dear mother of Kyle Impens and Megan Mattie (Joseph). Dear sister to Wayne and Bonnie Martin, Diane Martin, Robert and Debbie Martin, Jerry and Sandy Martin, Debbie Ouellette. Predeceased by her brothers Paul and Jim (Herb) Martin; and her brother in law Dennis Ouellette. Sister in law to Linda and Louie Marentette, Cathy and Larry Sumner, Jim and Diane Impens, John and Judy Impens, Bob and Robin Impens, Perry and Marlene Impens, Chuck and Sandra Impens. Judy will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Judy was a dedicated employee of Great Lakes Greenhouses for 16 years. Family and friends will be received at Reid Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 14 Russell St. Leamington (519 326-2631) on Tuesday from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm and on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at St. Michael's Church 29 Elliot St., Leamington from 9:00 am until the Mass of the Resurrection at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, Leamington. Memorial donations to Friends of Point Pelee would be appreciated by the family.
